Custom AI training for Orion
Orion — the assetZ AI assistant — learns your plant: machine names, terminology, scheduling windows, safety callouts — authored with you in a working session and tuned quarterly. It grounds every answer in your live assets, work orders, PM program, parts, and machine-health data.
Straight answer: this is configuration and grounding, not model fine-tuning. Your data never trains AI model weights.
White-glove migration
Send us the exports from your current system — MaintainX, Asset Essentials, UpKeep, Fiix, Limble, or spreadsheets — and we do the entire migration: assets, parts, people, PM schedules, and work-order history, mapped, imported, and verified with a written completion report.
Your effort: provide the exports and join one review call.
Dedicated success manager
A named contact who knows your plant: a structured onboarding plan, monthly check-ins through your first quarter, quarterly reviews after, and a direct channel into the product roadmap.
We build your floor plan
Send floor drawings — PDF, DWG, even photos — and we author your interactive plant map, place your equipment markers, and link every one to its asset record. Includes a revision round.
